  • Question: Do you give away free domains?
    Answer: Sometimes yes! We cannot not buy you one unless you win one of our occasional competitions that have a domain as a prize. Look out for those competitions!
  • Question: Who owns this hosting site and how old are they?
    Answer: Her name is Zoe and she is 21.
  • Question: Can I be staff?
    Answer: Possibly. At the moment though we aren't very big so we aren't looking for anyone just yet. We will announce it in our blog if we need someone though
  • Question: How long have you been hosting?
    Answer: I have been hosting sub domains for 2 years and domains for about 1 year.
  • Question: I am a client, can you install something on my site for me?
    Answer: Of course! Just submit a support ticket or email support@innocentsky.com
  • Question: Do you accept any other payment methods besides Paypal?
    Answer: Not unless you are an Australian residident sorry. I can only offer money orders and bank transfers as a form of payment if within Australia. Paypal is the safest way to pay online though.
  • Question: I am hosted elsewhere but I need help, can you help me?
    Answer: It depends what you need help with but its probably best you ask your host for helps as they should be able to assist you better.
  • Question: How do I go about changing hosts?
    Answer: If you have found your desired host you need to find out their nameservers and change your nameservers to theirs. You should ask your current host how or if you do not have a host, ask your host-to-be.
  • Question: I am a client and I need help but it has nothing to do with your hosting service, will you still help?
    Answer: Yes, we will try and help our clients if they need help with PHP, coding, scripts or graphics.
  • Question: Can we talk to you live?
    Answer: Yes. If you need assistance and we are online just click the online button located on your left under the welcome message in the sidebar. If the button says offline you may still leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.


  • Question: Can I pay via Paypal in another currency besides USD?
    Answer: Yes, we prefer USD, CAD or GBP though we are happy to talk to you about paying in another currency.


  • Question: I applied for (sub)domain hosting/adopt-a-domain etc, when will I receive a reply?
    Answer: We do try and reply to all applications even if you were not accepted but sometimes we get so many that we do not have the time to reply to all. We apologize if we do not respond to you in a suitable time frame. If it has been over a week and you have not heard from us it generally means you have not been accepted sorry.
